I have a new habit.  It's waking up roughly at 5 a.m. now and heading downstairs to do my EA SPORTS Active workout of the day.  I'm burning at least 250 calories per workout.  Yesterday was the first time I topped 300 for one session.  Today I burned about 260 in roughly 25 minutes. 

I made the mistake of weighing this morning and I'm sad to report I might be down another pound over last week.  I admit, it has been a stressful week and I've taken liberties with food a couple of times when I should not have.  It's time to rededicate myself to this effort on the food side of the equation.

Personally, I feel like I'm in turmoil right now.  Seeing that weight figure today didn't help.
